I first joined Denver Gym & Fitness looking to train with their personal trainer program. I am a small business owner and I really needed help with getting a routine down and finding ways to fit in regular exercise with my work schedule. I know how important regular exercise is but really had no idea where to start and I didn’t have specific fitness goals in mind. I have now been with a trainer for a few years now and I can’t begin to tell you how positively the gym and their training program has impacted my life. Training with Fitness Director, Stephanie Bormuth, I have learned so much. Stephanie and the other trainers and staff have been knowledgeable and helpful, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. We were able to find what my goals are through a variety of workouts and excellent communication. This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
