With Stephanie and the team’s knowledge, I have better learned the “work/life” balance and have been able to prioritize being healthy and feeling good. Too often my health was the first thing I put on the backburner when life got stressful. Denver Gym & Fitness has become a place where I can de-stress, focus on what makes me feel good and get organized. Joining DGF and working with a trainer has been so beneficial in that it really has helped me in so many other aspects of my life, not just working out. Aside from the physical results of my training program, being a member has helped with my mental health and focus and has really become something that I truly enjoy.
You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.
This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
